Terms of Use

The Finish Line Car Wash website is comprised of various web pages operated by Finish Line Car Wash.

The Finish Line Car Wash website is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance, without modification, of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the Finish Line Car Wash website constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

Unlimited Wash Club Terms

Unlimited Wash Club provides unlimited exterior car washes each month membership is renewed. Finish Line Car Wash reserves the right to cancel, amend or change the program from time to time as we feel necessary. Members may upgrade to a higher wash and pay the difference at the time of the wash. Monthly program fee will be automatically charged to your credit/debit card every month. In the event Finish Line Car Wash is unable to charge your credit card due to expiration or change in information, your membership will be deactivated. Only the car listed on this form is eligible for the program and must have a Finish Line Car Wash RFID tag affixed to the vehicle. Any attempt to remove the tag will destroy the tag and keep it from operating. The member will be charged for tag replacement.

Member is responsible for notifying Finish Line Car Wash in any change of ownership. Replacement tags that are needed due to new windshield, new car, etc., is a cost of $5.00. Finish Line Car Wash reserves the right to close due to inclement weather, major holidays or equipment failure. There are no partial refunds. You can cancel your membership at any time, but you must do so before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next month. In the event the customer needs to change payment methods, change packages or cancel their membership, the customer can do so online by going to www.finishlinecarwash.biz and clicking on the customer portal option. Verbal, written, or emailed cancellations will not be accepted as forms of cancellation. No refunds or credits will be issued for partial periods. Customer agrees to waive any and all right to withhold or delay payment of the related credit card charges, whether as described in their agreement with the credit card or otherwise. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts.

Modification of These Terms of Use

Finish Line Car Wash reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the Finish Line Car Wash website is offered, including but not limited to any charges associated with its use.

Links to Third-Party Sites

The Finish Line Car Wash website may contain links to other websites ("linked sites"). The linked sites are not under the control of Finish Line Car Wash, and Finish Line Car Wash is not responsible for the contents of any linked site, including without limitation any link contained in a linked site, or any changes or updates to a linked site. Finish Line Car Wash is not responsible for webcasting or any other form of transmission received from any linked site. These links are provided only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Finish Line Car Wash of the site or any association with its operators.

No Unlawful or Prohibited Use

As a condition of your use of the Finish Line Car Wash website, you warrant to Finish Line Car Wash that you will not use the site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not use the website in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided through the site.

Use of Communication Services

The Finish Line Car Wash website may contain communication tools such as bulletin boards, forums, chat areas, news groups, communities, personal web pages, calendars, and/or other facilities designed to enable public or group interaction (collectively, "communication services"). You agree to use these communication services only to post, send, and receive messages and material that are proper and related to the specific service.

Examples of prohibited behavior include but are not limited to:

• Defaming, harassing, stalking, threatening, or violating the legal rights of others.
• Publishing or distributing inappropriate, obscene, unlawful, or infringing material.
• Uploading files protected by intellectual property laws without proper rights.
• Uploading files containing viruses, corrupted files, or harmful software.
• Advertising or selling goods/services without authorization.
• Conducting surveys, pyramid schemes, or chain letters.
• Downloading materials you know cannot be legally distributed.
• Falsifying or removing author attributions or legal notices.
• Restricting others from using the services.
• Violating applicable laws or regulations.

Finish Line Car Wash reserves the right to monitor, review, or remove materials posted to communication services, and to terminate access at any time without notice.

Materials Provided to Finish Line Car Wash

Finish Line Car Wash does not claim ownership of materials you provide (such as feedback or submissions). However, by posting, uploading, or submitting materials, you grant Finish Line Car Wash and its affiliates a license to use, copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, perform, reproduce, edit, translate, and reformat your submission, and to publish your name with it.

No compensation will be provided for use of your submission, and Finish Line Car Wash reserves the right to remove submissions at its sole discretion.

The information, software, products, and services available through the Finish Line Car Wash website may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. Finish Line Car Wash and/or its suppliers may make changes or improvements at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Finish Line Car Wash and/or its suppliers disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. All services and information are provided "as is."

Termination/Access Restriction

Finish Line Car Wash reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the website and related services at any time, without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, U.S.A., and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Ohio, U.S.A. in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Finish Line Car Wash website. Use of the website is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph.
