  • What is the Unlimited Wash Club?

    The Unlimited Wash Club provides unlimited exterior car washes each month while your membership remains active.

  • How do I pay for my membership?

    Your monthly fee is automatically charged to your credit or debit card on file every month.

  • What happens if my card doesn’t process?

    If your payment fails due to expiration or updated information, your membership will be deactivated until valid payment information is provided.

  • Can I upgrade my wash package?

    Yes. You may upgrade to a higher wash package at any visit by paying the price difference at the time of purchase.

  • Can I use my membership on more than one vehicle?

    No. Only the vehicle listed on your membership is eligible.

  • Do I need a tag to use the membership?

    Yes. Your vehicle must have a Finish Line Car Wash RFID tag attached to the windshield. If the tag is removed improperly, it will be destroyed and will not work.

  • Is there a fee for a replacement tag?

    Yes. Replacement tags for a new car or windshield cost $5.00.

  • What if I sell my car or get a new one?

    You must notify Finish Line Car Wash of any ownership changes and obtain a new RFID tag ($5.00).

  • Can I combine my membership with other discounts?

    No. Membership discounts may not be used with any other offers.

  • Will the wash ever be closed?

    Yes. Finish Line Car Wash may close due to:

    - Inclement weather

    - Major holidays

    - Equipment failure


    There are no refunds for these closures.

  • How do I cancel my membership?

    You may cancel anytime by visiting www.finishlinecarwash.biz

     and using the Customer Portal.

    Verbal, emailed, or written cancellations are not accepted.

  • If I cancel, do I get a refund for the remaining month?

    No. There are no partial refunds or credits for unused time.

  • When do I need to cancel to avoid future charges?

    You must cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next month.

  • How do I change my payment method or wash package?

    You can update payment info or package options online via the Customer Portal.

  • Can I dispute my card charges?

    By enrolling, you agree not to delay or withhold payment related to membership charges.

  • Can the terms of the program change?

    Yes. Finish Line Car Wash may amend, modify, or cancel the program at any time.
